Oil free and oil injected Air Compressors – screw type
• Oil Free Screw compressors are used to generate compressed air in various processes, where the lowest presence of residual vaporized hydrocarbons (oil) may result in a critical contamination, which must be avoided. No lubricant is present in the compression chamber of this type of compressor.
• Oil Injected Screw compressors are used to produce compressed air in various processes where the incidence of oil vapour is not critical or could be sensibly reduced through additional filtrating and absorbing treatments.
